Jack and Jill Day: A Pink and Blue Polo Affair

The Jack and Jill of America, Incorporated South Suburban Chicago Chapter presented our Annual Jack and Jill Day! We indulged a 3 Part series of education, elegance, and exposure.

Part 1 – September 15, 2023, at 6 pm our lovely families enjoyed a meet & greet with Professional polo player, author, and Ralph Lauren model Kareem Rosser.

Part 2 – September 17, 2023 Lunch and group activities were delivered by our Program Committee with a caravan of sisterly love throughout the South Suburbs.

Part 3 – The Grand finale on September 24, 2023. We had such an amazing lineup for our children, mother members, and JacPac dads alike. Not even weather woes stopped our groove. Our theme remained the same – Jack and Jill Day 2023 ” A Pink and Blue Polo Family Affair”. The day was a fun-filled afternoon of family exposure to the equestrian culture, sisterly socializing, families reconnecting, a Pony display and naming ceremony, A Carole Robertson Art Showcase of our future Basquits creations, a Bentley attraction for our JacPac Dads, and a Scavenger Hunt for our teens all while Remembering Carole Robertson via an imperative ceremony to remember her name. Honoring Carole Robertson takes learning about her life and our teens were very intentional, excited, and sincere while doing so. The intricate components of naming the Group 1 and 2 ponies, and having a very special Associate vote on Groups 3 – 5 best of the best Carole Robertson paintings and more.

As we all know, no one does it like the Queens of the South so all mothers and families showed up in their Divine Pinks and Blues as chic as ever with fascinators and hats to complement their attire. So of course one of our very own Mothers was selected as the winner and received a prize compliments of Lamarca.

Thank you to PD Bradley, Chair Williams, and the Program Committee Chairs for your planning and support.
